What our customers are saying

Aerospace Plating Company

Aerospace Plating is a barrel plater located in Kansas City.  We are an ISO9002 / AS9100 and a NADCAP registered aerospace plating company. We are an approved plater for Boeing, Lockheed, Bombardier, Gulfstream, Northrop-Grumman and many other OEM’s in the industry.

We have five different waste streams, Cadmium, Cyanide, Caustic, Zinc, and Chrome. Because we cannot mix the waste stream’s we decided to use evaporation instead of waste treatment. Previously through the years I had heard from others in the industry about DRAYGON evaporators, so I gave them a call. That was one of the best business decisions that I have ever made.

We have five DRG-5 evaporators, one unit at the end of each waste stream. We run them 24/7 and clean them out every Monday morning. Each unit averages approximately fifty pounds of dry solid waste per week. The DRG-5 is maintenance friendly, extremely durable and very energy efficient.

I highly recommend to anyone in the industry that needs to dispose of large amounts of wastewater, to give DRAYGON a look, I am sure that you will appreciate them like I do.
